Mommy took me on a special date one day while Zadia was in school. Of course, we had to keep it hush-hush because if Zadia knew we were going on a date, she wouldn't want to go to school that day.
I had been asking to see the "gorillas" (a.k.a. baboons) so I could get over my fear of them. The three hours we had while Zadia was in school was the perfect amount of time to hop the subway for some animal exploration. We were off to the Brooklyn zoo!
The peacocks put on quite the show for us.
I enjoyed feeding the ducks and goats, and milking the cows.
And I was very excited to show my stick to the red pandas.
As for the baboons (or "bambooms," as I call them), well, we're still working on that.
