Puerto Rico: Days 4 and 5

We had big plans on day four. Mommy and Daddy got us all psyched up to go to a big water park with our friends, Eve and Owen. It's no small feat getting me and Zadia into a car, but once we were in, we were excited and ready for a day of splashing around in the sprinklers. Only one problem--we drove almost an hour, pulled up to the gate, and the park was closed for the season! We had four disappointed kids crying in the car, so our Mommies and Daddies had to think on their feet.

We found a Marriott a few miles away that had a big pool and a kiddie pool, complete with water slides and sprinklers. And to make it even more of an experience, we got a hotel room for a few hours. There were only smiles after that!

By day five we were in a solid routine. Art in the early mornings.

Sand in between our toes in the late morning.

Local food for lunch.

And then after a two-hour nap, Mommy and I would revisit the beach and sand, while Zadia and Daddy hung back at the house drinking lemonade and beer.

Love and laid back routines,
Aiyana Eden
