I'm sure you'll all wondering where we've been. For starters, we've only been in Brooklyn for four weekends out of the past three months. And we had house guests at our apartment for three of those "free" weekends.
We were in East Hampton last weekend, had Nona and Poppy staying with us this week, and had a sleepover at Aunt Kelley's on Saturday. And as if that's not enough, Daddy leaves for Israel tomorrow, and Zadia, Mommy, and I leave for Virginia on Tuesday. That takes us into September, which means school!
But let's start at the beginning...
Last weekend we spent three relaxing days in East Hampton with Nana and Grandma Marcia.

The perfect curl. |
We had so much fun on our nature walk and feeding the ducks, The swans? Well let's just say they aren't as gentle as they look.
Then it was off to the beach with matching outfits and matching toenails, for what was probably the last time this summer.
On Saturday evening we had a joint birthday celebration dinner for Grandma Marcia and Mommy.
And we had plenty of time to play games and be silly around the house.
By the end of the weekend, we little ones were pretty wiped out.
And while we love being away on mini-vacations, it's always nice to come home to New York City. Especially with a sunset as pretty as this one.
Love and the last weeks of summer,
Aiyana Eden
