We All Scream for Ice Cream

Tiny Human Academy had a flavorful field trip to Ample Hills Creamery last Friday. We took the bus to a nearby playground where we met our classmates and teachers for some playtime and a snack. Then all thirty of us (friends, parents, teachers, and siblings) walked to the ice cream shop. This was the same ice cream shop that I went to on my 4th birthday, so I knew I was in for a real treat.

We learned about how ice cream is made, invented our own flavors, and of course, ate ice cream!

Mint and Marigold

Mommy gave me and Aiyana our own flower boxes this year. Aiyana planted marigolds, gerbera daisies, red peppers, and cucumbers. I chose geraniums, cucumbers and mint.

We made a big mess planting them, and I'm sure our downstairs neighbors get a little shower every time we water them.

Cherry Blossoms

Spring wouldn't be complete without a trip to the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. We went with our other best friends Brooke, Alec, and Evan. They're also moving south in a few months, so we need to get these activities in while we can!

Ysabella's Birthday Day

Last weekend wasn't just about celebrating the moms. We also celebrated Ysabella's 4th birthday with a Tangled party.

And in between sweet celebrations, Mommy captured some quiet, and moody moments.
