It's Aiyana-ween!

Three years ago today, I woke up at 6am, painted my toenails pink and took a leisurely shower. I had no idea that four short hours later, I would give birth to the sweetest Halloween treat ever.

24 Hours in East Hampton

Nana is selling her beloved East Hampton house, so we figured we had to squeeze in at least one more visit. It's a special place for Mommy and Daddy, and they have over seventeen years of history there together. Aiyana and I are glad we had a chance to create some wonderful memories in a place with such family significance.

Happy Birthday Daddy! We were SOOO excited to celebrate with you on Sunday. Thanks for letting us wake you up at 7am, even though you were partying until 3am the night before. We're glad you enjoyed the treasure hunt we made for you, the heap of presents hidden in the bathroom sink, and your homemade apple pie breakfast. We love you and had a perfect day celebrating with you.

Apple Pickin'

We spent an unseasonably warm 80 degree day out in NJ last Saturday sweatin', pickin' apples, and getting sunburnt. Alstede Farms sure knows how to keep kids entertained--hay rides, apples, pumpkins, bouncy houses, petting zoo, bluegrass band, donuts, cider, corn maze, and more! 

Most importantly, it was a great backdrop for some great pictures!
